Beginning with a comprehensive 360° assessment process, Brooke works one-on-one with her client to gain a clear understanding of his or her current leadership profile. Brooke’s collaborative, solution-oriented method helps the leader clarify career goals, areas of strengths and development, focusing on aligning leader’s intentions with their behavior to achieve high performance. Based on the outcome of the assessment, Brooke creates an executive coaching plan that outlines development goals and steps for achieving those goals. The coaching plan also establishes clear measures against which Brooke and the executive can establish success. Individual leadership coaching is an ongoing experience that can last from six months to beyond one year, resulting in lasting leadership transformation.
Group Coaching Cohorts
Brooke works in close partnership with groups of high potential leaders – both within individual organizations and across organizations – to help advance their personal leadership capabilities. She utilizes a proven facilitated group coaching format to cultivate comprehensive leadership competencies by leveraging the individual experiences of each leader in the cohort. Brooke aids leaders through engaging learning experiences on topics such as emotional intelligence, mental models, trust building, conflict management, motivating and developing others. The group cohorts meet on a regular basis over the course of several months.
Facilitated Team Sessions
Every team faces challenges that can impede success. The presence of a neutral third party to facilitate honest dialogue and problem solving is often critical and necessary to advance transformational change. Brooke creates a safe environment for addressing critical organizational challenges faced by leaders and their teams. These sessions integrate Brooke’s expertise in organizational development and transformation with her highly effective coaching style to address topics such as goal setting, leadership transition, employee engagement, conflict resolution and organizational change. As an unbiased third party and expert in human behavior, Brooke is adept in coaching teams to find common ground, to help teams align, unite and, ultimately, achieve their goals.

Effective leaders continuously commit to honing and broadening their leadership competencies. Brooke creates and delivers customized leadership workshops incorporating the organization’s culture and goals. Designed with multiple adult learning styles in mind, Brooke’s leadership development courses offer a compelling facilitated learning experience delivered through Brooke’s open and engaging communication style.
