Brooke‘s unique approach to executive coaching and development has evolved through 24 years of real-world corporate experience complemented by a formal education in organizational development. She launched her career working in Fortune 500 companies and is well versed in the complexities that corporate structure, culture and market pressures bear on leaders and teams. Eventually drawn to roles in human resources by her desire to help people define and achieve success, Brooke leveraged her skills and expertise to create her own executive coaching business in 2007. It is her mission to make a valuable impact on the careers and lives of each client with whom she works.
Using a collaborative approach, Brooke conducts comprehensive assessments to understand her clients’ current professional landscape. This assessment includes identifying key strengths, areas for development, leadership and communication styles, and professional aspirations. It also involves establishing some baseline measurements to definitively illustrate the impact her coaching will have on leaders’ performance. The outcome of the assessment is a highly customized coaching and development plan that is strategically aligned, measurable but flexible, allowing for course corrections along the way to ensure the right approach for each client’s goals.
